Moving the Detroit Grand Prix from Belle Isle to the downtown streets has given many more race fans the opportunity to attend the Detroit Grand Prix and help increase the economic impact in downtown Detroit, and showcase the growth and what downtown Detroit has to offer to race fans from other States.
